‘Rorting the System’: Police Detectives, Diversity, and Workplace Advantage

Internal workplace practices and policies in policing are based on a notion of fairness equal opportunity. Yet police organizations frequently criticized for discriminatory practices, unfair biased poor interpersonal treatment officers.
